I’m reviewing Northern Pool and Spa on behalf of our property and property manager at the Nautical Mile Resort in Wells Maine. We reached out to Northern Pool and Spa this morning with a pool emergency and in less than an hour they had technicians on site and helped resolve a problem. They coached our maintenance person on what was done and suggested some additional preventive maintenance to help prevent this kind of a disruption in the future. I realize sometimes, in the middle of the summer, scheduling a short notice appointment can be hit or miss, but Northern Pool and Spa has always taken care of us and weighs the importance of prioritizing customers in our industry. I/we realize that there are several companies who provide this type of service however Northern prides themselves in doing things right the first time and at reasonable rates. Thanks, Northern for helping us avoid a possible pool shut down on another 100% sold out week. Not only have you helped us, but you’ve protected precious vacation time of guests who expect to be able to use the pool. Thanks again to your company, we have had less than four hours of pool/spa downtime since the beginning of the season.

When we bought a house with a pool, I wasn’t super excited about the idea of another thing to take care of. The previous owners of the home told us to use Northern Pool and Spa for all of our pool needs and it was the best recommendation. Margie, Steve and everyone in the store and who have some to help with service issues have been so great to work with. I very much appreciate their patience and support as we learn the ins and outs of pool ownership. 10/10, Definitely recommend.

It was a challenge to build a pool that looked like it belongs on our 1875 farm, but Northern Pool & Spa (and all of their recommended contractors) knocked it out of the park!

Our sales rep, Ryan helped us design a pool and spa that makes our backyard feel like a resort! And Patty (in the office) deserves some kind of award! She handled so much on our behalf and answered so many questions with the utmost patience. We even sent her flowers because she’s been so great! The service team has been so helpful with all the details that could be easily overlooked…I wish all of our experiences with contractors went so smoothly!

Building a pool with this level of finishes was a dream come true and we’re grateful that we picked a great company to work with.

We bought a house this spring that came with a northern pool in ground pool already installed (2 years prior).I am grateful it was northern pool who did the install, bc we referred back to them, and they have been SO incredibly helpful and kind, answering all of our newbie pool owner questions- even talking me through the apparatus on the phone at one point! I had them open the pool, as well as give me a maintenance lesson for $150, and it was well worth the money. I learned about each part of the mechanics, was provided an in depth ‘how to’ cheat sheet, and was taught the basics of all the chemicals. Professional and top notch. They know their stuff. We love our pool and although we were hesitant in the work it might require, we are now very confident with northern pool helping us!

We installed an in-ground pool with Northern, fall of 2023. From start to finish, every single staff member has been great to interact with, from the guys who dug the hole, to the startup team. I have had lots of “beginner” questions, related to water quality and how to take care of things – the office staff has been patient and attentive, helping me to understand all of the details.
